Eligible Market Coverage

Financing tailored to each property and business plan.

Available loan options depend on the property’s condition, location, income, the owner’s experience, the amount requested, and what is needed to close.

01

Multifamily

Apartment communities with five or more units, including garden-style, workforce, mid-rise, high-rise, luxury, and properties planned for improvement. Financing can support purchases, refinancing, renovations, leasing vacant units, changes in the financing mix, and development.

02

Hospitality

Select-service, full-service, extended-stay, boutique, independent, and branded hotels. Financing can support property improvement plans, construction, changes in the financing mix, and the period while income and occupancy become established.

03

Industrial & Warehouse

Distribution, logistics, local delivery, flex space, light manufacturing, cold storage, and buildings developed for a specific tenant. Needs may include purchases, short-term financing, construction, leasing, expansion, and a later long-term refinance.

04

Retail

Grocery-anchored, neighborhood, single-tenant net-leased, strip, and lifestyle retail properties. Financing can support changes in tenants, renovations, purchases, and refinancing.

05

Office

Urban and suburban offices with one or multiple tenants. Financing can support tenant improvements, filling vacant space, property upgrades, changes in the financing mix, and refinancing once income is established.

06

Mixed-Use

Properties combining residential, retail, office, hospitality, or related uses. The financing review considers the income, costs, and plans for each part of the property.

07

Self-Storage

Traditional and climate-controlled storage facilities, including properties with established income, properties seeking tenants, conversions, expansions, and new development.

08

Manufactured Housing

Manufactured housing communities needing purchase or refinance funding, infrastructure upgrades, additional homes within the community, community-owned home investment, or a change in the financing mix.

09

Student Housing

Purpose-built on-campus and off-campus communities using by-the-bed or conventional leasing models.

10

Senior Housing

Independent living, assisted living, memory care, and related senior housing. We consider the operator’s experience, occupancy, required licenses, sources of resident payments, and how established the property’s income is.

11

Medical & Specialty Use

Medical offices, outpatient-care and behavioral-health facilities, specialty-use real estate, and selected properties with an operating business.

12

Condominium Buildings

Entire condominium buildings and commercial-scale condominium developments, including purchases, construction, completion, and financing completed inventory while units are sold. Individual condominium units are not eligible.

13

Marinas & Waterfront Properties

Commercial marinas, boat storage and waterfront properties. A financing review considers property rights, access, slip or storage income, seasonal operations, infrastructure and required approvals.

14

Automotive

Dealerships, service centers, repair shops and other automotive real estate. Review the property, leases or operating business, specialized improvements, environmental information and planned use.

15

Parking Facilities

Commercial surface lots and structured parking facilities. Review ownership or operating agreements, utilization, revenue, access, maintenance needs and the local demand supporting the property.

16
