How does Stone Oak move the work forward?
Will Stone Oak build my project?
We manage the project for you as the owner, bringing the plan, schedule, budget updates and decisions into a clear process. Your contractor performs the construction and remains responsible for site supervision and safety. Required inspections and certifications remain part of the project’s approval process.
How do Project Management and Construction Management differ?
Project Management coordinates scope, planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, the project team, risks and decisions from planning through handover. Construction Management coordinates contractor activity, site meetings, progress, material deliveries, costs, changes, payment requests and closeout during the building stage. Choose full management, a specific phase or selected services based on your needs.
When should I contact you about a project?
You can engage us for full project management and construction management from start to finish, for a specific phase, or for selected services. We can begin during planning, procurement, active construction, completion or handover. We assess the current status, coordinate with the existing team and tailor the scope to your goals and project needs.
Can you handle bid procurement and material procurement?
Yes. We coordinate bid packages, contractor and supplier proposals, scope and price comparisons, material sourcing, approved purchasing, lead times and deliveries. Procurement is included in our full management offering and can also be engaged as a selected service. You retain the final selections and spending approvals assigned to you, with technical approvals handled by the responsible project professionals.

How do you keep costs and payment requests clear?
What is Fund Control Management?
Fund Control Management is included in our full project and construction management offering and is also available as a selected service. We keep budget records, invoices, payment requests and approval status organized. We track the documentation and outstanding items so you can follow how project costs move through the review process. Your capital provider, bank or escrow company holds and releases the funds after the required approvals.
Will Stone Oak hold my money or approve funding?
We manage the payment-request records and track the required approvals; we do not hold project funds or approve funding on our own. Your capital provider, bank or escrow company holds and releases the funds under your funding agreements.
Can you help with construction payment requests?
Yes. Construction payment request coordination is included in our full project and construction management offering and can also be engaged as a selected service. We organize invoices and supporting documents, assemble payment-request packages and track missing items, review questions and approval status. You get a clear view of each request and what needs attention. Payments follow the agreed approval process through the company holding the funds.
Can you help arrange financing too?
We can coordinate with Stone Oak Capital Advisory, which arranges financing with private investors and other capital providers. We help keep the project’s budget and schedule aligned with the financing plan. The work, fees and capital provider requirements are confirmed before you proceed.

What should I share in the first conversation?
Start with the property’s location, type, current stage and what you need help with. Include an approximate budget, target dates and who is on the team if you know them. We’ll agree on how to share private records after the first conversation.
Can I hire Stone Oak for selected services instead of full management?
Yes. You can engage us for the full project, a specific phase, or selected services such as bid procurement, material procurement, budgeting, scheduling, fund control, payment requests or closeout. We tailor the scope to your needs and existing team. The written agreement confirms the services, responsibilities, fees and timing before we begin.
