Manny leads Stone Oak Project & Construction Advisory with an owner’s perspective on the work ahead. His 15 years of residential and commercial development experience shape how he approaches project priorities, budgets, schedules and team coordination.
Manny focuses on each owner’s priorities, clear project responsibilities and consistent communication with the team. Before work starts, we agree on Stone Oak’s role alongside the owner’s contractor, designers and other specialists.
